We use GoDaddy.com's quick shopping cart for on line store purchases.

We accept all major credit cards over the phone - just call to order.
We also accept Paypal payments.
Paypal is the most trusted and used On-Line bank.
You will need to take a few minutes to set up an account on Paypal if you do not already have one. Click on the Paypal Icon to access their site.
Warranty:
All products are covered under a full manufacturer warranty from any defects created during the manufacturing of the product. We do not cover the extra shipping costs associated with the coverage.
Shipping Information:
FREE Shipping for items over $350.00
sample pricing for all other items - prices vary depending on size/weight
For Skis - Buyer pays for shipping approximately $25.00 - $35.00 (USA Locations).
For Snowboards - Buyer pays for shipping approximately $15.00 - $25.00 (USA Locations).
All other purchases (clothing, boots, snowboard bindings) shipping rates vary (usually in the $10.00 - $15.00 range depending on what you buy and where you live)
We ship within 2 business days of receiving payment - typically the next day.
Our primary shipping company is Federal Express (Fed Ex) ground, but UPS is occasionally used. See the US map below to estimate shipping times. Faster shipping can be arranged, but it usually doubles the shippng costs.
We also ship to Canada - call or e-mail for current prices.
Back Orders:
If we do not have an item in stock, we will send you an e-mail or call you stating the expected delivery date of the product to our store. You have the choice to keep the order and we will ship as soon as possible or you can elect to cancel the order and we will refund your money.
Alpine Ski Binding Mounting Information:
Mounting bindings to skis purchased through us is a FREE service
We will need some additional information to properly mount your bindings.
Name of the skier
Weight
Age
Height
Ability on a scale of 1 - 3 (1 is easy release and 3 is hard release)
Boot size in mm (found stamped on the heel of the boot)
Important - Please Read if you are having bindings mounted:
In order to mount the bindings, we make an assumption that your boots are in new or near new condition. If they are not in excellent condition, you must have a local ski shop check the release of the bindings before you use them. Shops charge 0 to $5.00 for this service typically.
Taxes
Sales Tax is not charged unless you live in the State of Michigan - Michigan residents must pay taxes.
Internet and over the phone purchase Return Policy:
***Minimum $25.00 restocking fee applies to all orders - clothing and equipment***
Clothing and assessories must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product for a cash refund, all tags must be intact and the clothing must not be worn. 7 to 15 days days is subject to restocking fees (25%) and after 15 days we do not accept returns. If we mount bindings on the skis,
there will be a 25% restocking fee 1 to 15 days. Buyer pays shipping charges.
